Comment: Jirachi is a very versatile pokemon, with 100 in each stat, makes a very good offensive and defensive pokemon. Although, the most used combo that Jirachi is able to use is the para-flinch combo. Combined with substitute, makes Jirachi a very reliable sweeper. Another famous set is the wish set if a support pokemon is needed for your team.

The aim of this set is to give the enemy no chance at all to attack. Every time Jirachi switches in, substitute is a must. When substitute is not yet broken, use thunder wave immediately. Afterwards, if substitute is broken, set another one, and then pin the enemy with iron head. With serene grace, there is always a 60% chance to flinch the enemy, with every other 40% may be cancelled by paralysis.

This set is a more defensive one, or otherwise intended for support. Wish extends the lifetime of Jirachi in the field, while increasing its Sp.Atk and Sp.Def with Calm Mind. The other two are offensive attacks. Thunderbolt is preferable, while Psychic and Flash Cannon gives STAB damage to the enemy.
